People only see the twits (refuse to call them tweets) of people they follow. So if they follow you they’ll see yours, but if someone they DON’T follow @’s back at you they won’t see it. Like overhearing a phone convo with a friend of yours that they don’t know.

people can only see replies to you if they are following the person who replied to you. does that make sense lol
